Video: Meet Prue Leith

Prue Leith is well known as a cook, restauranteur, food writer and businesswoman in London, England, where she’s been transforming Britain’s eating habits since the sixties. After publishing twelve cookbooks, she gave up writing about food to concentrate on fiction. Choral Society and A Serving of Scandal are now available in Canada.

Prue is in Toronto at the International Festival of Authors, in a roundtable discussion on fact vs. fiction on October 29 at 2pm and reading from A Serving of Scandal on October 30 at 2pm. If you can’t meet her in Toronto, please visit her online at prue-leith.com
